Phyllis is passionate about art and she finds watercolor both magical and mysterious. It is her passion and chocolate for the soul. When she first splashed watercolor paints on her drawings she was immediately captivated by the mystery and luminosity of the pigment.
Each time she approaches a new painting Phyllis hopes to capture not only the image, but her feelings about the subject. Her goal is to become one with the pigment and mix with the water on the paper. She delights as the wonders of the pigment, the water and the paper unfold right before her eyes.
