Judith Hurwitz

Judith Hurwitz is an abstract painter and ceramic artist whose work explores the interplay of color, movement, texture, and form. Inspired by nature, she reimagines natural landscapes through layered color and dynamic compositions. Her ceramics extend this exploration, transforming vessels and surfaces into canvases for movement and design. Across both mediums, Hurwitz seeks to create vibrant, evocative works that invite viewers to experience the energy and beauty of color and form. She is the president of the Newton Art Association and has shown in a variety of exhibits including a solo exhibit at the Needham Library.
