Legal Release, Part 1 (Exhibiting Members Only)(Required)

It is agreed that the WSA, Inc., its members and/or volunteers are relieved of responsibility for any loss or damage to members’ works being transported, sorted, hung, exhibited, taken down, or otherwise handled during exhibition, jurying or other functions in which the WSA, Inc. is participating through its members. All artwork will be treated with respect and care. Artwork submitted to all WSA, Inc. exhibits are my original design, in concept and execution (i.e., from life, or from the artist's own idea or reference, and completely done by the artist's own hand). Do you give the WSA, Inc permission to photograph your artwork for the purpose of publicizing the WSA, Inc. and our events, either on the WSA, Inc. website, Instagram or in papers or magazines?
